Classify mention as:
- Complaint (urgent/non-urgent)

- Neutral mention
- Crisis/PR risk (flag for immediate human review)

Step 2 — Route by classification:
Crisis → Immediate Slack alert to PR/management, do not auto-respond
Complaint → Draft empathetic response + create support ticket
Question → Search FAQ/knowledge base, draft accurate answer
Compliment → Draft warm thank-you response with light CTA

Step 3 — Response drafting (GPT-4):
Generate response matching brand voice
Keep under platform character limits
Include relevant emoji if brand voice allows
Flag any responses mentioning pricing/legal/HR for human review

Step 4 — Approval queue:
